Hoya globulosa/villosa have a climbing/vining growth habit. The beautiful foliage consists of long emerald green leaves with dark green veins, a fuzzy texture (pubescence) and an undulating leaf margin. Once mature, will bloom profusely with hemispherical to spherical umbels of small white to cream star shaped flowers with pink to red blushing beneath the coronas and fuzzy pedicels. For many years there has been much confusion between Hoya villosa and Hoya globulosa.
~Do Not let Hoya sit in excess water. As epiphytes, in the wild they would be growing on tree trunks or branches in the forest understory where they would get most of their water just from dew or moisture in the air.
~Hoya are considerably hardy & tolerant of a wide range of growing conditions, but for the best growth it is recommended to provide higher levels of humidity.
